What kind of questions can I ask in this program?
You can ask any question that has to do with dementia caregiving or the performance of your care facility. If for some reason there is a question that we feel we are unable to answer, we will do our best to point you in the right direction of where you can find the answer.
How many questions can I ask?
There are no limits to the number of questions you can ask within one month.
Who is allowed to ask the questions?
Any staff member employed with the enrolled facility can submit a question. All answers will be emailed via a video response, audio, or text response to the email address used at registration. If you need to change the email address used at time of enrollment, contact support@careblazers.com
What happens if I want to cancel my enrollment?
Email support@careblazers.com at least 5 days prior to your next billing cycle to cancel. There are no long term commitments. This is a month to month program, cancel anytime.

Although I am a geropsychologist, joining this program does not create a patient-provider relationship between myself and any of the residents at your facility. Your residents will need to continue to see their healthcare providers.
